The BOAE (Bachelor of Administration Education) is a study programme under the remit of the Teacher Training and Education Faculty at Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. The university is situated at Jl. Ir. Sutami No. 36 A, Kentingan, on the Surakarta Campus, 57126. This office has seen considerable development, in both its location and organisational structure, as demonstrated in the subsequent table.

The paramount leader in the BOAE is the Head of the Study Programme. The primary duty of the Head of the Study Programme is to coordinate the execution of all activities of the BOAE, plan lecture timetables, practicals and evaluation of learning outcomes, coordinate the execution of lectures and practicals within the field of study of the BOAE, coordinate the process of implementing education, research and community service programmes within the BOAE, coordinate planning, provision and proposal of the needs of lecture and practical facilities as well as educational infrastructure, monitor the progression of the teaching and learning process in accordance with the curriculum, evaluate the management system of the BOAE that has been in operation, compile reports on the accountability of task implementation to the Dean, and carry out other duties from superiors relevant to the implementation tasks of the BOAE.
