The Office Administration Education Study Programme requires students to participate in
three internships:
- Introduction to the School Environment (PLP). PLP is an internship activity carried out at school to prepare students to become office administration educators.
- Entrepreneurship internship, this internship is carried out to prepare students to become entrepreneurs.
- Office administration internship, this internship is carried out to prepare students to become office practitioners.
1. Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan (PLP)

PLP is an internship activity where students carry out academic activities which include the preparation of learning tools, practice making learning media and carry out learning in the classroom. Non-academic activities which include assisting extracurricular activities, school administration which includes digitalisation of school archives and inventories, technology-based administrative services, development of technology-based teacher and staff activity journals, development of school websites, digitalisation of school administration, and other school administration activities, and publishing learning videos. PLP is carried out in the seventh semester at Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the field of office management and business services expertise for approximately three months. The location of the SMK is in the Greater Solo area.
2. Entrepreneur Internship

Entrepreneurship internship is a direct work practice in the business world where students gain direct knowledge and experience in doing entrepreneurship. The place of entrepreneurship internship must be a business that already has a legal entity. This internship is part of MBKM entrepreneurship activities, which are carried out by students in semester 5 for 1 month.
The entrepreneurial internship activities include :
- Learn production and marketing procedures
- Learn how to market
- Learn leadership practices
- Study business law
- Study taxation
- Build a report
3. Office Administration Internship

Office Administration Internship is a direct work practice in the world of work both in government and non-government agencies, where students will get direct experience in applying the theory that has been obtained in class. Referring to Permendikbud Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards, internships or professional work practices are a form of independent campus learning carried out outside the study program. The internship program is intended to meet the changing demands of the world of work and realize a link and match between the world of work and higher education and anticipate a rapidly changing future. The Office Administration Internship is carried out in the sixth semester for three months, while the scope of the Office Administration Internship is to carry out the following work:
- Personnel Administration
- Financial Administration
- Administration of Supplies/Facilities and Infrastructure
- Public Relations
- Archives
- Administration
- Information System
