Language center of Sebelas Maret University is tasked with improving English language skills for students, lecturers and employees within UNS by conducting English for Academic Purpose (EAP), TOEIC Preparation, and General English training. Language Center UNS also provides foreign language course services for the UNS community and the general public from basic to advanced levels, including English, Japanese, German, Dutch and Mandarin courses. Language center which has ISO 9001: 2008 standard, also provides various foreign language test services, including: TOEFL Test, TOEIC, IELTS, Hanyu Shuiping Kaosi (International Chinese Test), EAP Test and General English Test. To support the language teaching and learning process, UPT Bahasa UNS is equipped with a Self Access Center (SAC) facility which is specifically designed as a place to learn foreign languages independently.
